Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the organisation you register on behalf of.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Subscriptions, billing and trials

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Free trials last seven days, require no payment method, and do not convert into a paid plan automatically.

Plan limits are described on the pricing page. Exceeding a limit pauses generation rather than triggering an automatic charge.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of a first-time self-serve subscription. Annual plans cancelled after that are refunded pro rata for unused full months.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive as to its origin, or that infringes another party's rights.

You may not use the service to generate deliberately misleading content, impersonate a real person or organisation, or create fabricated reviews, testimonials or records.

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resell platform access without a written partner agreement, or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend an account that presents a security, legal or reputational risk, and will explain why unless legally prevented from doing so.

4. Your content and our output

You retain all rights in the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the service.

As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees.

You are responsible for reviewing output before publication. The service is designed on the assumption that a human reviews and edits generated content, and we do not warrant that output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Third-party services and search platforms

The service measures and interacts with third-party platforms including search engines and AI assistants. We do not control those platforms, their availability, their ranking or citation behaviour, or their terms.

We make no guarantee of any specific ranking, citation, traffic or revenue outcome. Anyone who does is guessing.

6. Availability and support

We target high availability and publish incident history. A contractual uptime commitment of 99.9% applies only to Enterprise plans with a signed agreement.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable and scheduled outside peak hours.

7. Warranties and liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice.

On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which customer content is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms; material changes take effect 30 days after notice. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
