Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — seven days on any self-serve plan, with no card required. You get the full feature set at Growth limits so you can run a real baseline rather than a demo.
What counts as a tracked prompt?
One question run against your selected engines on your plan's schedule. A prompt tracked across five engines still counts as one prompt; the engine coverage is set by your plan, not by your prompt quota.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. Generation pauses, tracking continues on already-tracked prompts, and you can buy an add-on pack or upgrade mid-cycle with the difference prorated.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade at any time and pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your historical data is retained either way.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual billing is roughly twenty per cent below the monthly rate on every self-serve plan. Enterprise agreements are quoted on committed volume.
How is Managed different from the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is software your team operates. Managed is the same software operated for you by a named senior strategist who directs the agent fleet, edits every output and reports monthly. Managed accounts include the Enterprise plan.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes — registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions get forty per cent off self-serve plans. Contact sales with your registration details.
What is your refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions asked, on first-time self-serve subscriptions. Annual plans cancelled after fourteen days are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
